A real person reads every application — and a real person answers. Solo creators or studios of 2–5 people are welcome.
We don't publish fixed rates — compensation depends on your Level and the scope of each project. Every new creator starts with Magnific credits. Paid commissions come with contract + addendum once you've completed your first accepted piece.
Your work is published under your name — everywhere. On our channels, on the collab platforms. You can also publish it yourself on your own channels — we'll duplicate on ours, tagging you as the author.
We handle distribution across multiple platforms so you don't have to. Every accepted piece is credited with your name and the collab.
For collaborative projects, IP is shared between you and Magnific Creative Hub. Terms are defined per contract; we're flexible at early stages and formalise as projects scale. Your own IP that you bring to the Lab stays yours.
We work in five Levels: Draft → Rookie → Core → Signature → Fellow. Every step up is earned through work — and each new Level unlocks more for you: stronger briefs, bigger rewards, and greater creative freedom to shape your own projects. Levels also grant new abilities on the platform itself that open up the further you go.
Before the welcome task, we ask for a short NDA — it covers concepts, briefs, and pre-release material. It's standard and non-restrictive on your own portfolio.
